Content Manager, Septem 7 Investements

Septem VII Investments Limited, a foremost professional investment and property company in Nigeria with various subsidiaries in facility management and real estate development is recruiting a Content  Manager.

Requirements:

-Proven work experience as a Content manager

-Hands on experience with MS Office and WordPress

-Good graphics knowledge and video editing with 2-3years experience using photoshop, CorelDraw or other software

-Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing

-Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics

-Familiarity with social media

-Excellent writing skills in English

-Creativity and the ability to develop original content.

-Attention to detail

-Good organizational and time-management skills

Responsibilities:

-Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets

-Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout

-Create and develop concepts, graphics and layouts for social media pages, websites and others

-Create and publish engaging content

-Proofread contents before posting

-Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas.

-Build an online presence across all social media channels and also increase followers.

-Ensure brand consistency

-Optimize content according to SEO

-Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics

-Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic

-Develop an editorial calendar

-Ensure compliance with the law (e.g. copyright and data protection)

-Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw the audience’s attention
