Job Position: Accountant (Male)

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Objective

• To perform the financial management functions in Montaigne AH Limited.

Job Responsibilities

1. Keeps record to conform with tax law and to provide financial data for the management of Montaigne Business
2. Ensures that costs and revenue are properly captured
3. Make adequate provision for cost, Bank Charges, etc
4. Maintain Asset Register and compute monthly depreciation
5. Prepares income tax and other government report
6. Prepares weekly creditors and debtors schedule.
7. Prepares report of daily bank lodgement.
8. Prepares report of daily bank balances.
9. Administer and reconcile all bank accounts, investigating any irregularities, and taking appropriate action (escalate when necessary).

Key Performance Indicators

1. Error free reconciliation statement.
2. Satisfaction of internal customers.
3. Level of adherence to accounting operating procedures

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification.
• At least 5 years work experience.

6. Excellent attention to detail.
