Ora Egbunike & Associates is a firm of facilities managers, estate surveyors, valuers and real estate consultants. The firm was incorporated in 1985 and is duly recognized by the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), and registered to practice real estate management in Nigeria by Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registrations Board of Nigeria (established by decree No. 24 of 1975).

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Administrative Secretary

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  • We are currently looking to employ a secretary to our organization. S
  • She/he must have a good command of written and spoken English and be conversant with telephone etiquette and have excellent communication skills

Qualifications

  • A University Degree in Secretarial Administration, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Social Sciences or a related field of study.
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in an Admin/Customer Service-related role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications is compulsory (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Professional qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Good attention to detail; analytical and quick-thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage team and relationships.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle demanding workload.
