Affiliate Manager

Our client is a multinational Group that is comprised of eight regulated entities offering Liquidity, Trading, and Investment Services. They are a fast-moving and exciting Global Fintech; that recently rebranded and have huge scope to impact the institutional finance arena. With a global footprint of offices in the UK, Singapore, Denmark, Australia, South Africa and Cyprus and execution infrastructure in LD4, NY4 and TY3, they service more than 600 institutional clients in over 80 countries with tailored liquidity and technology solutions. Their clients encompass leading brokers, banks, hedge funds and experienced high-net-worth individuals.

As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating affiliate accounts operating under our client. You will handle the day-to-day management of the company’s affiliates’ systems, ensuring that they are updated with relevant information, marketing material, deals, and troubleshooting any related issues. You will also be responsible for generating reports, communicating with internal departments to solve technical issues, and providing support to VIP affiliates.

Main responsibilities:

·      Manage, monitor, and update the company’s affiliate systems with relevant information, marketing material, and deals.

·      Troubleshoot any technical or other issues relating to the affiliate’s systems.

·      Act as the first point of contact for affiliates and establish regular communication with them to resolve any queries or issues they may have.

·      Escalate matters to the Manager of the department when required.

·      Generate and prepare periodic and ad hoc reports regarding affiliates.

·      Communicate daily with various internal departments to solve technical and other issues.

·      Provide technical and other support to VIP affiliates.

Requirements and skills:

·      University degree in Business and Marketing or any other relevant field.

·      Experience in financial services will be considered an advantage.

·      Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

·      Solid knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel.

·      Working with cell force.

·      Fluency in English and additional language (French/Spanish/Arabic) is mandatory.
