About the job

We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position of Agency Sales Manager in Lagos State.

Responsibilities

Include recruitment of Unit Managers.
Recruitment of Insurance Advisors (Marketers)
Training and Retraining of the team.
Weekly and Monthly Report writing and submission.
Generation of Premium Income and achieving the set target.
Managing/ Overseeing your Agency team.

Requirements:

Minimum academic qualification of HND, BSc in any related field from a reputable institution of learning.
Ready to build a viable team of 3 unit Managers and Agents.
Excellent Computer literacy
Good Communication skills
Ability to work with little or no supervision
Good sales skills.
