What challenges will you face with us?
- Leading data projects with significant autonomy, from mapping requirements within a business context to database modeling and data deployment;
- Translate business needs into solutions and products aligned with the tools and strategies of the data platform;
- Monitor trends and opportunities for continuous improvement, ensuring that the team acts in a way that is aligned with business needs;
- Develop the design of the necessary data solutions, supporting the team in the documentation, maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of our code and data tools;
- Negotiate a high-impact data strategy with stakeholders, always aligned with the Data area’s strategy;
- To lead the development of team members, as well as strengthen the data culture at Arco Educação.
What we expect you to have:
- Experience in leading data teams;
- Knowledge of different database architecture and modeling techniques for analytical purposes (e.g., Data Mart, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, etc.);
- Working with SQL queries to solve highly complex problems in an optimized way, performing data modeling;
- Experience in implementing and maintaining data pipelines;
- Experience with programming languages;
- Communication skills.
