Relevant Experience: 6-7 years’ experience in both hardware/software

Educational Qualification: B.E /B-Tech or equivalent

Job Description:

#Responsible for System maintenance all over country

#Software maintenance and upgrades across the country

#Responsible for Maintenance and services of Printer, Scanner, Q Matic, and DVR.

#Adherence to the Service Level Agreements.

#Coordination support for Country’s Website and software’s updates.

#Manages the acquisition, installation, and maintenance of the organization’s local area network hardware/software.

#Ensures networks, workstations, operating systems, and software applications are operational; ensures hardware and software are patched and/or updated; ensures all analogue and broadband circuits are operational in accordance with vendor specifications.

#Handle new projects from across the country.

#Deep Knowledge of Firewall Management (FortiGate).

#Maintain the complete IT assets for the Country.

#Develops and manages technology budget and monitors.
