Job Tittle: Bancassurance RM
• Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets. • Implement sales initiatives within the Bancassurance team. • Achieve business targets in terms of volumes (NOP), market share and profits across all business segments. • Maintain and manage relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance. • Researching and recommending new opportunities, profit and service improvements. • Monitor sales activities, product needs, and service requirements.
• University degree and HND, a post graduate degree will be an added advantage. • At least 3 years’ experience in Financial services, FCMG or Telecom industry. • Must possess a strong combination of sales and relationship management skills. • Must have excellent presentation skills and must be efficient in using basic computer applications- Microsoft office suite. • Must be result oriented.
