Job Objective:

We need vibrant, passionate and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to be the face and voice of our brand. As a successful candidate, you will be involved in increasing brand awareness by promoting our products / services through various media channels including the front desk. You will be required to work with colleagues to develop and implement initiatives to achieve its marketing goals and objectives.

Job Summary:

This role has a dual function of brand representative and front desk. As a brand representative, you are required to promote the Accion MfB brand to a specific audience.

Job Description: Areas of Responsibility

Brand Representative

• Understand Accion MfB’s mission, vision and goals and translate to brand initiatives
• Develop and implement brand strategies to improve the brand
• Working closely with marketing team to conceptualize marketing campaigns & strategies.
• Stakeholder engagement
• Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints to the marketing department.
• Tracking customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns.
• Representing the company at product launches, events, and trade shows.
• Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.

·        Represent the Brand with the utmost professionalism and friendliness

·        Utilize exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

·        Provide excellent services and ensure achievement of all initiatives goals

·        Other administrative duties determined by the Head, Marketing Communications

 Front Desk

·        Maintain a professional ambience of the Brand

·        Warm engagement and stakeholders

·        Answer questions and address complaints

·        Effectively manage calls and messages

·        Manage mail correspondences and keep updated records and files

·        Provide monthly activity report and make recommendation accordingly
