About Company: Our client is a renowned event management and rental service company that takes care of all the organization and tasks needed to deliver a successful event.

The Company is seeking to hire a resourceful brand associate that will assist in the development and increase the brand visibility and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies and initiatives.
  • Implementing brand guidelines and ensuring consistent brand representation across various channels and touchpoints.
  • Assist in the creation and production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and other branded collaterals.
  • Collaborate with design teams or external agencies to develop visually appealing and on-brand materials.
  • Create and curate high-quality engaging content for various marketing channels such as social media platforms, websites, blogs, and email campaigns.
  • Ensure that the content aligns with the brand’s values, tone, and guidelines.
  • Conduct research and analysis to gather insights about the target market, customer preferences, and industry trends.
  • Assist in monitoring competitor activities and identifying opportunities for brand differentiation and improvement
  • Monitor brand performance and perception through various metrics and tools.
  • Track brand health indicators, such as brand awareness, customer satisfaction, and brand equity.
  • Conduct market research and customer survey to gather feedback and insights for continuous brand improvement.
  • Contributing to ideas and campaigns for boosting brand awareness and experience.
  • Perform any other task assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in marketing or any relevant discipline
  • 1+year(s) relevant experience in brand management or marketing role
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Creativity and innovative thinking
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience with graphic design will be an added advantage
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
