Job Responsibilities

  • Writing clear and error free content for website and social media
  • Brainstorming new and creative strategies to position the company’s brand for growth
  • Planning and executing all digital marketing including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Designing, building, and maintaining social media presence both online and offline
  • Updating and maintaining web content on all social media platforms
  • Analyzing/Identifying brands of competitors, consumer trends, insights, and behaviors.
  • Designing and supervising content such as press releases, artwork, print and digital media
  • Monitoring the performance of brands, digital marketing campaigns, and assess goals through key performance indicators (KPI)
  • Developing variety of marketing materials – Visual and non-visual
  • Achieving company’s profit targets, timelines, and budgets
  • Organizing product launches and promotional events for products
  • Evaluating emerging technologies and providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Working with advertising agencies to manage the brand’s marketing campaigns
  • Maintaining and growing the brand’s affiliations and partnerships
  • Interpreting creative direction, technical information and turning them into persuasive copy concepts for brand productivity
  • Maintaining contact with vendors and distributors to get critical input on how product design and implementation can be improved
  • Utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, community, employee, and public interest groups
  • Studying the organization’s objectives, promotional policies, and needs to build public relations strategies that influence public opinion and promote products, ideas, and services

Requirements

  • Excellent Writing and Editing skills
  • B.sc in Communications, Commerce, Marketing or in a similar field
  • Should have not less than 5 years experience
  • Social media conversion rate optimization
  • Excellent Research and Marketing skills
  • Creative Analytical, presentation and Design skills
  • Strong proficiency in the use of all Microsoft Office productivity tools
  • Ability to demonstrate commitment to ethical standards and high level of integrity
  • Excellent oral, written communication, and efficiency skills
  • Highly motivated and detail oriented
  • Must be able to keep messages consistent and engaging
