Marketing at SuperRare Labs:

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our quick pace, high growth team. If you love art and Web3 and building from scratch then we are looking for you. Someone outgoing who feels comfortable talking to a wide variety of artists, collectors, partners.

What you’ll do:

Develop brand marketing campaigns, shaping strategy and creative, with an emphasis on GTM and implementation with a focus on content driven, organic growth
Partner with all teams to ensure campaign deliverables are created and scheduled
Oversee all social media strategy and manage the coordination
Act as the marketing point of contact with high profile partnerships, including brand, collectors and artists
Track campaign performance and provide quantitative results to key stakeholders with go-forward optimization recommendations. Define success metrics and utilize data to inform strategy
Develop, build and grow the SuperRare Twitter Spaces by assisting in the planning and execution
Work with the Marketing Director to cross-functionally strategize, establish a reasonable timeline, and assign to appropriate team members tasks
Assist in the continued development of our brand identity and the entire SuperRare Labs ecosystem
Continuously find opportunities for the SuperRare Labs ecosystem
Collaborate with other departments, manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions to ensure brand consistency
Craft thoughtful briefs and collaborate closely with the Content team on the creation of marketing assets
Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media
Performing other operational marketing duties as needed

Who you are:

A self-starter comfortable with autonomy and leading cross functional execution with senior level contributors
Ability to proactively address potential issues/delays and provide insight if better processes are needed
Communicate and document project status to partners, team members and leadership on a regular basis; escalate issues accordingly via the appropriate process
Identifies opportunities for process improvement and improving efficiency; coordinates and implements solutions within team
Detailed and proactive
Comfortable working in a startup environment

What you’ll have:

Bachelor’s degree with a major in a related field
4+ years of marketing brand growth experience and a history of success building and scaling a product
Effective written and spoken communication skills for internal and external projects consistent with the company’s core values
Deep understanding of creative materials and documents and has an ability to recognize and extract critical data and address potential gaps
General computer skills and a working knowledge of MacOS, MSFT, Google Workspace, Project Management Software, (Monday, Asana or similar), Adobe Creative Suite, with an emphasis in knowledge of creative and marketing practices
Strong project management skills with expertise in Asana
Understanding and experience within professional creative practices
Ability to adhere to deadlines and execute on tasks and handle multiple, diverse assignments while producing quality work and being accountable
Ability to work well on a team and be open to multiple points of view to discover what is true
Demonstrate ability to be innovative and suggest change/improvements within scope of work Anticipates needs and creates efficient and effective processes
Self-starter, self-motivated, and takes responsibility/ownership of tasks
Thinks outside the box proactively, strategically, and analytically
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities without sacrificing results or quality of work
Must be flexible, motivated, and highly collaborative, this role will need a self starter who can roll up their sleeves and get things done
Showcase excellent strategic, analytical, critical thinking, and evaluative skills in tasks
Experience championing cross-functional leadership with Product, Creative Services, and Community teams
Strong project management skills
Experience working with and executing marketing strategy
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Discord, Google+ and other social media best practices
