Your duties will include; respond to inquiries and orders across company-approved platforms, assisting daily activities as a Personal Assistant.

Salary: N60,000 – N150,000

Location: On the Island

Availability to start: As soon as possible

Work Hours: 8:30 am – 7:00 pm

Responsibilities

  • Responding to clients queries improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Manage point-of-sale processes
  • Follow up with client orders to ensure they are delivered to clients in a timely manner
  • Processing, recording and reporting daily sales
  • Follow up on payment of all client purchases
  • Generating and following up with client leads from churned enquiries
  • Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
  • Cross-sell products
  • Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design)
  • Maintain cleanliness of the workspace
  • Post pictures of in-store activities on the business social media platforms
  • Follow up with clients for service feedback
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Maintain outstanding store condition
  • Maintain a fully stocked store
  • Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
  • Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments
  • Follow up with dispatch company to ensure prompt delivery of customer orders
  • Keep up to date with product information
  • Accurately describe product features and benefits
  • Follow all companies policies and procedures Requirements

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using Excel to record sales
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation and follow-through skills
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
  • Strong administration skills
  • Hands-on experience with POS transactions
  • Good understanding of record-keeping

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 – 5 experience in sales/customer service/business administrative role
