Salary: 35000 NGN + 10% Commission

We are a leading real estate company in Abuja and we are looking for an experienced Real Estate Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing our properties and services to potential clients, as well as maintaining relationships with current clients. The Real Estate Marketer will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing marketing strategies to increase sales.

Responsibilities:

Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our properties and services to potential clients.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

Build and maintain relationships with clients and respond to their inquiries in a timely manner.

Attend networking events and conferences to promote our brand and services.

Collaborate with other team members to develop new marketing materials and campaigns.

Analyze sales data and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Monitor competitor activity and adjust marketing strategies as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
