Business Development Associate
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in our business development efforts, working closely with the senior executive team to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, qualify prospects and close deals.
• Create and present compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Research and build relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Negotiate contracts and develop long-term business relationships.
• Monitor customer feedback and work to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of all business development initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or account management.
• Thorough understanding of the market and industry trends.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of CRM systems a plus.
