Job Title: Business Development Executive.

Location: Abuja.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate’s primary responsibility is to drive the growth and expansion of the school’s student enrollment, reputation, and revenue streams. You will be crucial in building and maintaining strong relationships with potential students, parents, and key stakeholders to promote the school’s programs and offerings.

Job Description:

1) Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase student enrollment and revenue streams.

2) Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target markets and position the school effectively.

3) Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote the school’s programs and achievements.

4) Build strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and key stakeholders.

5) Manage the student admission process and provide support to prospective students and their families.

6) Identify and pursue partnerships with local businesses and organizations to enhance the school’s reputation and visibility.

7) Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to student enrollment and business development efforts.

8) Prepare regular reports for school management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

9) Organize and participate in school events, open houses, and information sessions to attract potential students.

10) Have a strong understanding of the local education landscape and market trends.

Requirements:

a) A bachelor’s degree in any related discipline.

b) Minimum of 5 years of field sales experience, especially in the Educational Sector.

c) Must be resident in Abuja State, and familiar with the locations of health institutions in the state.

d) Ability to drive is an added advantage.

e) Effective communication skills.

f) Great customer service skills.

g) Sound negotiation & sales skills.

h) Problem-solving skills.

i) Must be resident in Abuja.
