Job Title: Business Development Intern(NYSC)
Job summary
We are looking to hire a Sales and Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing accounts.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the line manager to develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
• Work with line manager to identify and pursue potential clients through lead generation, prospecting, and networking.
• Deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to clients and prospects.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to generate leads and build brand awareness.
• Monitor and submit reports on sales activity, pipeline to the CEO and senior leadership team weekly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new initiatives aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, and best practices to ensure our services remain competitive and innovative.
• Attend and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote the company’s services and network with potential clients.
• Prepare and submit quarterly and yearly reports.
• Other tasks assigned by the CEO/Cofounder.
Requirements
• Candidate must be Batch B stream 1 Corp member.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Candidate should have interest in business development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent work ethic with a focus on delivering results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Social media savvy and the ability to use multiple social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
