We are looking for someone who has:
· Demonstrable experience selling to enterprise-level organizations; 3 or more years’ experience in IT/cyber security solution sales an advantage.
· Extensive experience selling to C-suite personnel.
· Strong communication skills, coupled with superior negotiation skills.
· A validated, successful sales background developing business strategy and multi-year business plans and delivering client success through collaboration and partnership.
· Familiar with quota/target delivery.
You are to oversee the entire Business development department, direct and lead all activities related to generating sales for the company. In addition, you are required to set the overall direction and strategy for the company’s sales team, align sales processes to meet and exceed KPIs, and manage people and teams to help them perform their best.
