Business Development Manager

Ustacky is hiring a Business Development Manager to join their team.

Job description
1. Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets

2. seek out the appropriate contact in an organization

3. understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these

4. work across many different businesses, but with a specific on B2B, B2G

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

1. Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities

2. Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered

3. Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling

4. Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations

Skills and Qualifications
1. At least 1 year in related position

2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills

3. Personal integrity

Up to 200k naira plus Excellent bonus
