We seek a highly skilled and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. We are looking for someone knowledgeable in technology, proficient with numbers, and possesses exceptional executive presence.

Responsibilities

  • Identify partnership opportunities
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand
  • Maintain existing business
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to expand our customer base and market presence
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster business growth and drive revenue.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and achievement of targets.
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies, including sales plans, marketing initiatives, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and finance, to align business objectives and drive cohesive strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to senior executives and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize business performance.
  • Stay updated on industry advancements, emerging technologies, and market trends to identify business opportunities proactively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5 – 6 years’ prior industry-related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.

– Strong knowledge of technology trends, including software solutions, digital platforms, and data analytics.

– Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.

– Exceptional executive presence and presentation skills.

– Proven track record of driving business growth and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

– Strong leadership and team management abilities.

– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

– Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
