A highly motivated and skilled expert is needed to join our team as the Business Development and Marketing Corporate Communications Manager. You will be in charge of directing our company’s growth and expansion as the Business Development and Marketing Corporate Communications Manager through smart business development initiatives, brand visibility and engagement, potent marketing campaigns, and managing corporate communications.

Responsibilities Business Development:

1. Create and implement the company’s business development strategy in order to seek out and seize new business possibilities, increase our clientele, and hit revenue goals.

2. To make well-informed decisions, identify and assess possible customers, partners, and markets by doing market research and analysis.

3. Develop and maintain solid connections with important parties, such as clients, partners, and influential figures in the sector.

4. Take the lead in negotiations and finalize significant agreements and partnerships to ensure favorable conditions and advantageous results.

5. Lead and mentor the business development team, establishing precise goals and objectives and encouraging a culture of excellence and teamwork.

6. Conduct routine channel performance analyses and offer suggestions to enhance the effectiveness and profitability of the channel.

7. Work together with internal teams, including those in product development, sales, and marketing, to match channel strategy with overall business goals.

8. Keep abreast with market dynamics, industry trends, and developing technology in channel management to spot fresh chances for business expansion.

9. Recognize and assess possible business possibilities, such as new markets, alliances, and growth sectors.

10. Perform market research and analysis to comprehend the competitive environment, market trends, and client wants.

11. Create and implement company development plans to increase income and our customer base.

12. Establish and preserve solid connections with important parties, such as clients, partners, and influential figures in the sector.

13. Take the lead in contract talks and negotiations to acquire profitably.

Corporate Communications/Brand Management:

1. Effectively manage and implement both internal and external corporate communication initiatives, such as press releases, newsletters, and corporate announcements.

2. Foster and nurture relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

3. Generate captivating and informative content across various communication channels, including websites, blogs, and social media, to promote the brand and establish thought leadership.

4. Maintain a consistent messaging style and brand voice throughout all communication channels to ensure a unified brand image.

5. Provide support in crisis situations by managing the company’s reputation and effectively addressing any challenges that may arise.

6. Develop and execute brand strategies and positioning that effectively communicate the company’s values, vision, and unique selling points.

7. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audience segments, assess the competitive landscape, and stay informed about industry trends, thereby informing brand strategies.

8. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency across various touchpoints, including marketing materials, advertising campaigns, digital platforms, and product packaging.

9. Develop and enforce brand guidelines and standards to provide clear instructions for internal and external stakeholders on accurately and consistently representing the brand.

10. Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive brand awareness and engagement.

11. Monitor and analyze key brand performance metrics, market trends, and consumer feedback to make data-driven recommendations for enhancing and optimizing the brand.

12. Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop captivating brand assets, including logos, taglines, visual identities, and marketing collateral.

13. Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure brand alignment in collaborative initiatives.

Marketing (Offline and Online):

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and generate leads.

2. Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, social media management, advertising campaigns, and events.

3. Analyze market trends and consumer insights to develop effective marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

4. Manage the marketing budget, monitor campaign performance, and track key metrics to measure ROI and effectiveness.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives.

6. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth across various social media platforms.

7. Create engaging and relevant content for social media channels, including posts, videos, graphics, and other multimedia materials.

8. Monitor social media trends and track performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize content strategy.

9. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful relationships with the online community.

10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with marketing objectives and promotional campaigns.

11. Plan and carry out digital marketing efforts, such as SEO (search engine optimization), PPC (pay-per-click) advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.

12. To determine target consumers and create efficient digital marketing strategies, conduct market research and competitor analysis.

13. For use in digital ads, landing sites, email campaigns, and other marketing materials, write a persuasive text.

14. To assess campaign success and make data-driven decisions, track campaign performance, analyze data, and deliver frequent reports.

15. To improve campaign performance, stay current with digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications/Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

2. Proven track record of success in business development and marketing roles, with experience in driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships.

3. Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve targets.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

5. In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and digital marketing techniques.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
