Job Title: Business Development Specialist
Edtify is a cloud-based online educational platform that allows educators, schools, institutions, and creators to build and launch their own online educational applications with the help of various stunning themes and built-in plugins. With our platform, you can create various online education purposes, including online learning academies, edu-games, portfolio websites, proctored examination systems, e-libraries, and digital content ecommerce stores and marketplaces.
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Specialist. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, market research, analyzing industry trends and customer needs, providing customer service, and pitching Edtify’s platform to potential clients. The Business Development Specialist will also need to manage existing accounts and identify new business opportunities to increase sales and market share.
- Strong analytical skills paired with effective communication skills
- Experience in lead generation and market research
- Customer service-oriented mindset with effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in the education industry and knowledge of industry trends
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experience in sales, business development, or related fields is a plus
