We are looking for experienced Case / Claim Handlers to join our team and we want to hear from you.

What would you be doing?

Investigating and assessing claims made in relation to regulated products in the Financial Services Industry, providing fair outcomes (and where necessary) deciding what compensation maybe due.

What are we looking for?

• Experience of working within pensions/mortgages/Shares
• Familiar working within a regulated environment.
• Ability to communicate and work proficiently across a variety of platforms ( ie internal systems email / phone etc)
