Chemical Sales Associates at Africa Resource Company

This role is responsible for the development and execution of a strategic sales plan aimed at achieving sales targets and expanding our clientele reach.

The role will build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and ensure that the sales team continually builds and maintains a robust pipeline.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Drive customers acquisition and revenue growth targets.

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the team

• Design and implement a strategic sales plan that will drive the growth of our client base and ensure its strong presence.

• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

• Identify emerging markets.

• Understand our ideal clients and how they relate to our service offerings.

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements where necessary.

• Lead the conceptualization of annual sales strategy.
