What you’ll do:
- Oversee strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution, in collaboration with senior leadership and department heads.
- “Own like a boss, act like an entrepreneur” – Drive your own projects from day one and help us reach our business goals.
- Support our management board with strategic topics like fundraising, research, data analysis, and exploring ideal growth opportunities.
- Review, design, and execute improvements to organizational structure; track our operational efficiency and help to improve our company-wide processes.
- Support airfocus in legal matters.
- Collaborate with our product, customer success, and marketing teams on all levels.
YOUR PROFILE
- 2+ years of work experience in fast-paced environments, ideally in rapidly growing start-ups, management consultancies, or venture capital companies, as well as a great understanding of digital business models.
- Above-average Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, economics, or similar fields (or you convince us this is irrelevant).
- Smart, energetic personality and strong entrepreneurial “get stuff done” mindset.
- Hands-on mentality, as well as an analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working with high attention to detail.
- Exemplary spoken and written English and German, including the ability to concisely present project deliverables.
