Volition Capital Investments Limited (Volition Cap) is seeking a Client Service Associate to provide administrative and technical support to the Client Service Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming inquiries by telephone, email or chat.
• Follow up on all client requests and provide timely updates.
• Initiate customer profile update requests.
• Document customer interactions, compile documents and forward information to relevant parties.
• Carry out frequent customer experience checks on the corporate website.
• Record subscriptions, bookings, client membership expiration dates etc.
• Establish and maintain good rapport with customers and anticipate needs.
• Carry out client polls and surveys.

Skill Set and Values

• Minimum of 2 years work experience in a customer/client service role.
• Excellent client engagement and relationship management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Prior experience in the finance industry is an added advantage.
• Discretion, confidentiality and professionalism.
• Patience and a respectful attitude.
• Maturity and cultural intelligence.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and simple manner to clients.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and maintain a calm and polite outlook in stressful situations.
• Willingness to learn and a thirst for knowledge.
• Ability to work well independently and in teams.
• Strong computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records and documentation.
