Client Service Officer

A renowned event management and rental service company that takes care of all the organization and tasks needed to deliver a successful event is looking to hire a smart and resourceful client service officer that is interested in the event space.

This role will require you to handle client inquiries, relating to finances, assisting in sales, and resolving problems or complaints over the phone or online.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer relations/customer service
  • Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal)
  • Exceptional ability in providing professional, efficient, and friendly client services
  • Problem-solving and empathy skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and record-keeping skills
  • Self-motivation with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Detail-oriented and excellent collaborator
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at any given time
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary
