Collection Officer

Location : Treichville Carrefour.solibra , Cote dl’ivoire

Responsibilities:

ü Call customers whose loan payments are overdue

ü Follow-up on customers who have promised to pay on specific dates.

ü Guide customers on various payment procedures.

ü Ensure accurate reports on payment.

Qualifications:

ü Excellent communication skill

ü Ability to work with little or no supervision.

ü Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

ü Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

ü Ability to work under pressure.

ü Must have an ANDRIOD SMARTPHONE.

ü Must be able to speak English fluently

Requirements:

ü Minimum of first degree in related field

ü Minimum of 2 years experience as a Team leader

ü Prior Experience working in a loan company

ü Excellent communication skills.

ü Confidence and skilful negotiating skills.

ü Computer literate.

ü Strong organizational skills

ü Must be able to speak English fluently
