The Communications Specialist is responsible for identifying, aligning, and overseeing the creation of all content marketing initiatives across multiple platforms and formats. The Communication Specialist will work closely with the Communications Manager and writing leads in all departments across the organisation to develop content initiatives, edit, and write content. Content objectives include driving brand awareness and supporting lead generation..
- Creation of content strategy, and direct oversight of execution of content in alignment with the organisation’s communication strategy.
- Create a monthly editorial calendar that is inclusive of all content forms (blogs, articles, e-newsletters, video scripts, website content, etc.)
- Coordinate social media content on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram
- Ownership of all analytics and reporting for content efforts
- Keep current on content-specific performance promotion, SEO, HubSpot, and social media best practices
- Develop and maintain collegial, productive relationships with colleagues on various projects, partners and contractors while achieving the overall objectives of the organisation
- Complete other related duties as required.
