Community and Panel Manager

Role Purpose:

The purpose of the role would be to build the community and the pannel across Africa. You will need to recruit a panel of respondents online and offline. These panellists will be from various backgrounds across the continent

This is a truly unique role that will cover two communities B2C

B2C (100%)

In summary, you’ll manage all B2C activity. This involves taking a driving seat and developing our audience strategy whilst also executing. encouraging respondents to take surveys and engage with content on our platform. The role also provides a great opportunity for exposure as you’ll work directly with the CEO

B2B

You will be tasked with finding different communities and organizations such as teachers, doctors etc and bringing them onto the pannel

Responsibilities

• Growing communities on Facebook and other platforms and engaging with all respondents
• Create videos to engage audiences, create content on a budget
• Bringing new ideas for engagement forward, defining the benefit for both our social communities and client business needs
• Identifying influencers and determining new ways to connect and activate them to become brand ambassadors for the benefit of the community and the brand
• Managing a consistently branded presence on all social channels
• KPI Tracking-
• Managing community on all social media platforms, engaging and answering questions
• Creating posts tailored to each channel and reporting on performance
• Creating a quarterly content calendar

Required Skills And Experience

• Knowledge of managing social media accounts and community building
• Degree in Media/Journalism/Marketing/English Lang
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop/ design tools
• Experience in writing engaging content – Examples/portfolios will be requested
• Video Editing- would be a bonus
