Community & Marketing Manager at Venus


1. Analysis and reporting of market and industry trends, and define market growth strategies.

2. Grow and manage Venus community ambassadors, and coordinate with them to moderate the regional Venus social media, platforms, and chat groups and interact with the community to increase positive engagement.

3. Explore new community-friendly platforms to facilitate the expansion

4. Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for Venus websites, blogs, marketing materials, and other platforms.

5. Support with development and management of institutional clients.

6. Using social media to engage users, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote Venus initiatives.

7. Setup media/PR strategies to ensure global media coverage, and regular reporting on Venus.


1. Proven community management experience with strong ownership and emotional intelligence.

2. Experience in launching community initiatives (e.g., building an online forum, leading an ambassador program, creating an event series, and writing an email newsletter).Familiarity with online platforms such as Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, Medium, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.

3. Strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain-related terminologies and trends and a strong interest in crypto and DAO culture.

4. Be able to work flexible and stretched hours to interact with the crypto community as frequently as possible.

5. Fluency in local languages, advanced level of English

6. Experiences on DeFi projects will be a plus.
