About The Role
The purpose of the compliance function is to mitigate risk and support the wider business with advice and guidance in a range of compliance related matters. As a Compliance Executive you will be responsible for day-to-day Compliance and dealing with a wide range of cases that may get escalated to you. Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you will manage your own daily workload and projects associated with ensuring the business remains compliant across a variety of areas.
Requirements
- To support the compliance function with day to day monitoring on a range of topics
- Be an escalation point of contact for all agency worker related HR and/or Privacy matters
- Conduct internal and external audits and analyze the results to suggest improvements
- To be data driven and able to decipher data accurately and make decisions accordingly
- Serve as a point of contact for employees to seek clarification or report a non-conformity.
- Liaise with current Right to Work partners to ensure there are no legislation breaches.
- Provide company training on compliance related topics, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure all clients are adhering to UK legislation through proactively auditing their internal procedures.
- Conduct internal investigations and reviews of compliance procedures, to ensure that procedures are followed.
- Dealing with worker relations issues including Grievances and complaints.
- Supporting the Head of Compliance with external litigation matters such as Tribunals and Pre-Litigation.
Qualifications And Skills
- Experience in a Recruitment and/or HR related role is essential
- Experience of Privacy matters and GDPR is a super bonus
- Recruitment Compliance experience would be a bonus
- Ability to self-motivate and be an emotionally intelligent individual as you will be dealing with sensitive issues daily.
- CertRP or CIPD qualifications are desirable but not essential
- Experience of dealing with a multitude of systems including G-Suite & Salesforce is desirable for this role.
- A strong team player. Willing to get stuck into the job at hand.
- Project management experience is a bonus.
