About the Role:

Sparkle is looking for a Compliance Intern to support legal and regulatory compliance functions in developing, implementing and monitoring all of Sparkle’s compliance management programs.

What you’ll be doing

• Support the Compliance Manager in the implementation of compliance management program.
• Assist in developing compliance monitoring procedures
• Assist with the facilitation of compliance risk assessments
• Participate in regulatory projects
• Research and analyze regulatory developments in key compliance themes
• Provide recommendations on operational efficiency as it comes to our various programs
• Develop reports and communicates risk analysis and control testing results
• Ensure proper documentation processes and procedure
• Liaise with regulators, internal and external stakeholders

What do you need to be successful in this role?

• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Organized, analytical and curious nature.
• Strong Writing and Research Background
• Desire to gain in-depth knowledge in Compliance and Ethics
• Capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing and delivering results on time.
• You are a strategic thinker and self-starter
