About The Role

As a Contact Center Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
  • Providing accurate information to customers about our products, services, and processes
  • Assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Updating customer records and ensuring accuracy of information entered into the system
  • Identifying opportunities to promote and cross-sell our products and services to customers

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexible schedule and ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
