411 Locals is an exciting 14-year old advertising agency and business services company working in the US market, with offices around the world. The company has been growing with a stable 25% YOY growth for the past several years and currently services more than 13,000+ subscribing customers. 411 Locals is looking for a Content Copywriter.

Functions

Working with the SEO experts in the team to devise a content strategy for the online growth of 411locals while also helping the PPC channels and the email marketing channel with their copywriting needs. Native English speakers only.

Common Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed and profound understanding of the company, an internal/external client’s behavior from the point of view of the Division, team member and customer’s reason and motivation to buy, like, recommend and reorder.

• Challenge assumptions about what is possible, and testing, developing better techniques, structures, concepts, and methods for achieving results.
• Measuring, collecting, synthesizing, keeping available and confidential, and implementing the know-how.

• Ongoing education for themself on the trade and industry
• Continuous Improvement of processes to increase effectiveness, and efficiency by simplifying and reducing costs and time waste.

• Dispute and Escalate wrong decisions, evaluations, and policies and practices if they are not in the interest of the customer, company, and staff.

• Report and take action to prevent and minimize anything that might damage the interests of the customer, the company, and the staff, using the provided channels.

• Protect the company’s interest and reputation in all activities.

Minimum Requirements

• 2-4 years’ experience in content marketing or copywriting
• Native English speaker
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Strong creative thinking skills and ability to think conceptually.
• Current portfolio of work.
• Able to work under tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to effectively understand customer need(s)
• Promote trust and influence using effective communication skills.
• Ability to be agile and successfully utilize multitasking to manage multiple accounts.
