Job Title: Content Creator

Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the company’s brand and marketing goals.
– Produce high-quality pictures and videos content for all Sweet Sensation Confectionery outlets, the OMG cake brand, and other sub-brands.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging contents that highlights the unique selling points of the company’s products and services.
– Manage the end-to-end process of content creation, from conceptualization and filming to editing and publishing.
– Schedule and oversee photoshoots and video recordings at various outlet locations, ensuring brand consistency.
– Utilize analytics tools to monitor content performances and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement and reach.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest content creation trends and incorporate innovative ideas into the company’s content strategy.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience in content creation, with a portfolio showcasing photography and videography skills.
– Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles.
– Proficiency in picture and video editing software.
– Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Creative mindset with attention to details.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to travel to different outlet locations as required.
– Ability to attend events as required.
