Content Strategist

AlphaCX Platforms is a B2B SaaS Startup offering customer support software for small, mid-market, and enterprise companies.

We are hiring a creative Content Strategist with excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to develop engagement-provoking content, and good use of SEO techniques.

Job Description

-Coming up with content goals and strategies across platforms.

-Collaborating with other departments and team members to brainstorm on subjects for creative content.

-Creating, editing, and proofreading content using good SEO techniques.

-Managing the distribution of content through our various social media handles and other channels.

-Analyzing performance indicators and web traffic to ascertain content engagement levels.

-Determining the effectiveness of created content.

Requirements

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Experience with social media management.

-Strong Social Media presence and influence on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram

-Creativity and the ability to develop original content.

-Ability to develop content that provokes engagement.

-Adept at keyword placement and SEO best practices.

-A good eye for details and design.
