Job purpose
The postholder drives conversion activity in order to meet sales targets through providing high quality support and guidance to students throughout the application and enquiry process. This involves detailed follow up with students, answering enquiries and follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure that applications and enquiries lead to enrolments. It will also involve analysis and interpretation of lead data to advise on performance and inform future activity. This role has the potential to grow into a Team Leader position.
Main duties and responsibilities
Create and implement conversion plans in line with Oxford International Digital Institute (OIDI) product priorities and targets
Ensure delivery of conversion plans is timely and to budget
Work closely internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer journey from enquiry/application to enrolment
Develop a good working knowledge of OIDI products, partner universities, programmes of study, application process and product pricing
The role will involve contacting leads (outbound calls) who have expressed an interest in our products through multiple channels such as Phone calls, WhatsApp, FB Messenger, chat and emails. Answer questions about OIDI programmes confidently and establish timely follow up communication with students.
Monitor and track lead status, applications and sales to ensure that key performance indicators are being met. Keep stakeholders informed of lead status.
Create and maintain lead status reports as required
Identify trends in lead enquiries, applications and sales to informal decision-making and contribute to future recruitment/conversion strategy
Form a good working knowledge of conversion channels, time taken to convert, best time of the day and day of the week for communication for OIDI products
Perform any other duties commensurate with the role as reasonably required from time to time

Eligibility to live, work and travel freely in the designated region
Undergo an Enhanced DBS disclosure check or overseas equivalent
Qualifications
Undergraduate Degree
Experience and knowledge
Significant experience of working in a sales and outbound calling environment is paramount
Experience of working in a fast-paced, commercial environment
Experience of working in a role where targets are important
Currently performing at the level of a team leader
Experience of working in Higher Education
Experience of working in an international environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
