Title: Creative/Visual Designer

About the Creative/Visual Designer role:

We’re looking to hire a full-time remote Creative/Visual Designer. For this role, your primary focus will be creating an overall seamless user experience for assigned projects and designing fully responsive visuals from start to finish.

You’ll have the opportunity to choose your hours and work and learn with a team of world-class engineers and designers through a commitment to team collaboration, communication, and product quality.

Seniority Level: Mid-Senior Level

• Create visually appealing graphics and marketing materials, including, but not limited to, social media posts, banners, flyers, brochures, advertisements, and product packaging.
• Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design projects, ensuring that the brand’s visual identity is well-represented.
• Design for both digital and print media, adapting designs as needed for different platforms and formats.
• Select, edit, and retouch images for use in marketing materials, ensuring high-quality visuals that resonate with our target audience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and conceptualize design ideas that effectively communicate our brand’s message and values.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and incorporate them into your work to keep our brand fresh and appealing.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Creative/Visual Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Knowledge of web design principles and experience creating web graphics is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Full-time availability (40 hours/week).
• A personal computer with stable internet.
