Customer Experience Manager

We work with farms around the country to deliver seasonal farm-fresh local & exotic produce to homes and businesses. We ensure people eat healthier by maximizing nutrients in foods. We are hiring a Customer Experience Manager to ensure the overall and optimal customer experience.


i. Work with a team to ensure customer satisfaction

ii. Handle all customers’ inquiries and complaints.

iii. Manage customers’ accounts

iv. In Charge of all social Media accounts and their growth

v. Keep record of customers’ interactions and details of actions taken.

vi. Handle produce day feedback and after-sales feedback

vii. Design and push periodic surveys.

viii. Provide reports and insights from surveys, feedbacks and other activities to aid the business.

ix. Adhere to the replacement & refund policies and handle such requests from customers.

x. Communicate with internal teams to discuss sales targets

xi. Ensure all orders are fulfilled.

xii. Liaise with the Inventory team lead to make provisions for outstanding due to replacements or complaints

xiii. Generate sales leads via customer interactions and website updates, build sustainable relationships where necessary

xiv. Manage & enforce customer-related processes both internal and external


A good University degree

Required Skills and Competencies:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must demonstrate the following competencies.

  1. Good customer services skills

2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  1. Good analytical and report writing skills
  2. Proficient with Microsoft soft Word and Excel
  3. Good knowledge of CRM application
  4. Must be self-motivated, highly resourceful and result oriented.
  5. Social media Savvy
