• Handling customer complaints

• Developing and documenting knowledge into helpful content
• Tracking customer service KPIs and metrics

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦80,000.00 – ₦95,000.00 per month

Education:

• Minimum National Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
