About the job

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The key function of this role will be telemarketing and follow-up with leads.

Responsibilities:

– Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our real estate services
– Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels
– Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with customers
– Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth sales process
– Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation and conversion

Requirements:

– Proven experience in telemarketing or customer service roles
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
– Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus
– Must reside in proximity to Lekki Phase 1
-Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
-Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
