About the Role
A client in the financial services sector is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to handle customer enquiries, support financial transactions, and resolve service-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries across phone, email, live chat, social media, and in-person channels.
• Support account opening, registration, verification, and onboarding.
• Explain financial products, services, fees, and terms.
• Handle complaints and enquiries about deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loans, and investments.
• Investigate failed, delayed, or disputed transactions and coordinate resolutions.
• Provide accurate account information and follow security procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years’ relevant experience in financial services or a related field.
• Experience supporting business growth, profitability, and lead conversion.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Good stakeholder management and decision-making abilities.
