Customer Success Manager
We are looking for someone to provide great service to our clients. Who: Someone with a positive attitude and the drive for continuous improvement who is also very friendly and analytical.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Net Promoter Score (NPS) above 70
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and colleagues via email, chat (including Skype), and phone to resolve issues and to process orders.
- Respond to all inquiries within 6 hours.
- Receive at least 5 5-star reviews every month
- Complete 25 hours of continuing education training every year.
- Be available to work 9am to 6pm NYC Time (GMT -5) EST
- Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods
Skills and Experience: Must Have:
- High Proficiency in Computers – must pass our computer skills test with a score of at least 18.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 2+ years in customer service
- Proficiency in English – 80% percentile on our English Test Proficiency in Math – 80% percentile on our Math Test
- Excellent phone etiquette
Nice to have: High Proficiency in Excel – 80% percentile on our Test Customer service experience in Fortune 500 company.
