Customer Success Specialist
Flex Finance is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to help us improve the experience of our customers and onboarding processes.
You will also provide sales support and implement business growth strategies. We will train you on our specific onboarding processes and business operations to arm you with product knowledge better, but you should have experience in business management, particularly with customer support systems, such as customer relationship management (CRM) software and ticketing systems.
You will be coordinating with the Sales team lead and you will play a vital role in improving customer satisfaction upon reviewing the customer’s journey.

- Use data collection and analysis to improve the customer experience
- Train customer support representatives
- Implement specific strategies for both sales and customer service
- Networking to develop customer relationships
- Managing customer business and portfolios
- Enhancing customer experience and reducing churn
- Generate sales leads and retain existing clients.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
