Customer Support Associate

As a Customer Support Associate (m / f / x) you are the first point of contact for support inquiries from our customers and employees. In this role you will actively support our customers via email, chat or telephone.

Your tasks

  • You analyze and answer all your customer and employee inquiries.
  • You always keep an eye on the progress of your requests and make sure that they are 100% fulfilled – take responsibility for your work from A to Z.
  • With the help of your excellent customer service, you ensure permanent customer satisfaction.
  • You actively support the improvement of our internal systems and knowledge system.
  • You successfully represent your customer concerns internally.

  • German at native speaker level as well as business fluent English skills.
  • You already have experience in a similar role in a remote environment.
  • You have a customer-oriented approach to successfully solving inquiries.
  • You describe yourself as a motivated team member who likes to support his / her colleagues.
  • You always have an overview of the development of your customer inquiries and work through them successfully.
  • You like to work in a dynamic environment and manage to work successfully on a variety of topics and prioritize them accordingly. Existing experience in the startup environment is a plus.
  • You have a quiet workplace and a stable internet connection.
