Customer Support Associate
As a Customer Support Associate (m / f / x) you are the first point of contact for support inquiries from our customers and employees. In this role you will actively support our customers via email, chat or telephone.
- You analyze and answer all your customer and employee inquiries.
- You always keep an eye on the progress of your requests and make sure that they are 100% fulfilled – take responsibility for your work from A to Z.
- With the help of your excellent customer service, you ensure permanent customer satisfaction.
- You actively support the improvement of our internal systems and knowledge system.
- You successfully represent your customer concerns internally.
- German at native speaker level as well as business fluent English skills.
- You already have experience in a similar role in a remote environment.
- You have a customer-oriented approach to successfully solving inquiries.
- You describe yourself as a motivated team member who likes to support his / her colleagues.
- You always have an overview of the development of your customer inquiries and work through them successfully.
- You like to work in a dynamic environment and manage to work successfully on a variety of topics and prioritize them accordingly. Existing experience in the startup environment is a plus.
- You have a quiet workplace and a stable internet connection.
