Customer Support Executive
As Customer Support Exec you will be:
- Responding to Customer enquiries over the phone, in web chat and email
- Delivering WOW to our customers with excellent customer service
- Interacting with current and potential customers
- Interacting with the Product team to continually improve the customer experience
- Look for ways to go ‘above and beyond’ to make customers happy

Our ideal Customer Support Exec will have:
- The very best written and verbal communication skills, you love to engage and people find you to be warm and friendly
- Experience in a consumer friendly environment, in customer service or similar
- Fantastic interpersonal skills, very good empathy and high EQ
- Worked in a mobile app environment (with Zendesk experience as a bonus)
- Experience within a startup environment
