Customer Support Executive

As Customer Support Exec you will be:

  • Responding to Customer enquiries over the phone, in web chat and email
  • Delivering WOW to our customers with excellent customer service
  • Interacting with current and potential customers
  • Interacting with the Product team to continually improve the customer experience
  • Look for ways to go ‘above and beyond’ to make customers happy

  • Experience in a consumer friendly environment, in customer service or similar
  • Fantastic interpersonal skills, very good empathy and high EQ
  • Worked in a mobile app environment (with Zendesk experience as a bonus)
  • Experience within a startup environment
  • A growth mindset and positive attitude
