Customer Support Officer

Gokada is a leading technology startup in Africa’s largest economy, Nigeria, and has the potential to become one of the most impactful companies in all of Africa. We are hiring a Customer Support Officer to join our team.

Gokada services include instant parcel delivery, food delivery, ride-hailing, and more. Currently headquartered in Lagos, Gokada is in the process of expanding to other cities.

Our Vision is to be the biggest Super App for Africa and we aim to make Africa Cities easier, better, and more enjoyable to live in by empowering life of people through technology.


  • Must be fluent and show a willingness to work with a great attitude.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints correctly and take feedback.
  • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions correctly.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers and provide a speedy solution.


  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Minimum B.A/BSc. in any relevant field.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skill.
  • Good listening skills.
