Responsibilities

• Accurately enter data into our computer systems, social media and databases
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry
• Handle data entry tasks within specified time frames

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Proficient in using data entry software and tools
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to spot and correct errors effectively
• Ability to work independently and also within a team with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
