Data Quality Analyst at Nerdio, Remote (Global)

As a Data Quality Analyst in the Data Governance team at Nerdio, you will lead the management and governance of data within our business systems, with a primary focus on Salesforce. Collaborating closely with stakeholders across various departments, you will ensure that our data is accurate, consistent, and compliant with data governance policies. Your role will be crucial in supporting our mission to leverage data for strategic business decisions.

What you’ll do

  • Data Quality Management: Monitor and maintain data quality within Salesforce and other business systems. Identify and resolve data quality issues.
  • Data Integration: Assist with the integration of Salesforce with other internal systems, ensuring data consistency and process efficiency.
  • Data Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data definitions, standards, and processes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide data-related support.
  • Data Governance: Implement and enforce data governance policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with data governance standards.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to users on data governance practices and tools.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and perform data analysis to support business decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years in data management, data governance, or a related role, with a proven track record of successful projects. Experience with Salesforce is required.
  • Deep understanding of data governance principles and best practices. Proficiency in Salesforce and other business systems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering practical and efficient data solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with data manipulation in Excel
  • Experience with data integration tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Certification in Salesforce or data management.

  • 75,000 – 85,000 USD per year (Remote)
